Visual Voices Social Media Campaign

I provided social media strategy and management for the opening celebration of Visual Voices: Contemporary Chickasaw Art at the Museum of Contemporary Native Art in Santa Fe, NM. I developed a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram and Facebook with the goal of engaging the local target market and increasing event attendance. Goals were exceeded via a content calendar which included influencer marketing strategy, SEO rich website blog posts, and strategic collaborations with MoCNA museum social media staff. Event attendance was record breaking with 700+ guests within three hours. Social channel audience reach was dramatically expanded with follower gains of 160.1% and post engagement increased by 960.1%.
Kristen and I have collaborated over the last five years on a successful Indigenous art exhibition now touring the U.S. As a contractor, her social media expertise and efforts to boost our presence and recognition online have resulted in substantial attention to our project and messaging, and our artists' increased potential for current and future engagements. Kristen is talented, reliable, and results-oriented. I highly recommend her as a team leader or independent contractor working across all social media platforms.

The Hatchet Women Collection Influencer Campaign
During one of the largest sales events for Kristen Dorsey Designs, I teamed up with two influencers who are popular with attendees of the show: Jaclyn Roessel of Grownup Navajo, and Adrienne Keene of Native Appropriations. Each influencer spent time at the sales booth interviewing customers for Instagram live. This strategy not only created quality social media content, but it also leveraged the reach of the influencers to generate interest and sales during the event and online. Later, I had video editor Flynn Mitchell edit the interviews into short videos for social media.
